Hello. I’d like to take this moment to introduce myself and welcome you to the Atlas Mortgage Funding, LLC family. My name is Cindy Price, and I am a passionately motivated mortgage consultant. In 2005, I joined Atlas Mortgage Funding, LLC, a company that offered honesty, integrity, sincerity and compassion to its employees and clients. During my time with Atlas Mortgage Funding, LLC, I have had the chance to develop both personally and professionally. Our company philosophy of delivering beyond expectations and the process of providing and delivering this level of service has assisted me in being able to present a more proficient and client focused loan experience. Most importantly, our company philosophy allows me to spend more quantity and quality time with my son Jake and my daughter Chloe. Though my education began at West Texas State University, I made a conscious decision to dedicate myself to obtaining a degree in human and cultural studies. For the past 18+ years, I have been a devoted participant, diligently studying, researching and engaging myself in the lesson of “life”. I have been fortunate to have had the option of living in 8 different cities, within 5 different states, across the continental United States. This opportunity has afforded me certain insights to the financial obstacles that the majority of most people encounters when deciding to purchase or refinance their home. Over the course of the past 5 years, I have been actively involved in providing guidance to families in what most would consider being “life’s biggest choice”, their home. My previous experience in Property Management enables me to provide 1st hand pros/cons to the Rent vs. Buy dilemma that frustrates most new home buyers. When I decided to expand into the lending area of Real Estate, I devoted my time to the details of processing loans, so that I’m able to provide, in detail, the knowledge that is necessary for a non-turbulent homeowner experience when you purchase or refinance your home. My goal is two-fold; I want to utilize my education, experience and devotion to my clients to provide limousine service that develops a lifetime relationship and motivates you to recommend my value-based service to those that you care about most.
