Our company headquarters is located on the coastal line in beautiful Hobe Sound, FL. Atlas Mortgage Funding, LLC specializes in clients who are Self Employed, Business Owners, Credit Challenged, No Credit, Bankruptcies and Foreclosures.  Some of the Document type programs that Atlas Mortgage Funding, LLC specializes in are Full Document (where you provide us tax returns, w-2's, pay stubs and assets to verify), Alternative Doc (where you provide us w-2's, 1 pay stub and assets to verify), Limited Doc (where we use 6 or 12 month personal or business bank statements to verify income), No Ratio (where you show us no income and we need 6 months of Principle, Interest, Taxes and Insurance in asset reserves), No Doc (where you show us No Employment, No Income and No Assets), Stated (where you tell us what your gross revenue is vs. net income) and Bank Statements (where you use 6, 12 or 24 months of personal or business bank statements to verify income).  Some Programs that Atlas Mortgage Funding, LLC will highlight are Fixed and Adjustable Rates which can be Fully Amortized or done Interest Only.  Fixed Rates with programs such as 30 yr., 25 yr., 20 yr., 15 yr. and 10 yr.
